This class offers a thoughtful start to your week. We move with the breath, focus on clear alignment, and balance gentle strength with nervous system–friendly pacing.
Some weeks are more flowing, others slower—always in tune with the season and what’s needed.
No performance. No pressure. Just one hour to land in your body and begin the week feeling more like yourself.
Pricing Options
- 5-Class Pass – €80 (valid for 3 months)
- 10-Class Pass – €150 (valid for 6 months)
- Drop-In (Single Class) – €17
Class passes are non-transferable and don’t renew automatically.
If you’re ill and send a doctor’s note, your pass will be extended.
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance—late cancellations count as one class.

A breath-led, gently energising start to the day. Movement + stillness.
Both classes are taught in English and open to all levels.
