Welcome. I’m Leo, a yoga teacher based in Bonn, offering down-to-earth, nervous system-informed movement and rest practices.
My classes blend restorative yoga, somatic strength, and mindful presence to help you slow down, regulate, and reconnect: with your body, your breath, and yourself.
I teach in English, but I’m based here in Germany.

1:1 Sessions

Whether you’re recovering from overwhelm, managing chronic tension, or simply looking for more space to breathe, I offer 1:1 sessions tailored to what you need. These sessions are a mix of restorative yoga, somatic strength, breathwork, and presence-based coaching.

Workshops & Events
Seasonal spaces to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
My workshops are more than “special classes”, they’re intentional pockets of time to rest, regulate, and return to yourself. Each one is grounded in a seasonal theme, and offers a blend of movement, stillness, breath, and journaling.
You don’t need to be experienced. Just willing to pause.
Monday Morning Online Class
Move into your week with clarity and calm.
Every Monday | 60 minutes | Online via Zoom
This class offers a grounded, thoughtful start to the week. Depending on the season, we’ll shift between gentle invigoration and slower, more restorative pacing, always with breath, presence, and nervous system awareness at the center.
Expect mindful movement, accessible strength, and space to land in your body, without rushing.
Taught in English. Open to all levels. Join from wherever you are.

I offer practical movement and nervous system–aware rest sessions for groups, teams, and workplaces. Think less wellness hype, more nervous system literacy and embodied calm, accessible for all bodies and backgrounds.
