Yoga that meets you where you are.

I teach yoga for people who are tired of performance, noise, and unrealistic expectations.

My approach blends restorative yoga, simple somatic strength, breath-based presence, and real anatomical understanding. It’s grounded, educational, and refreshingly un-spiritual—focused on nervous system support and honest connection to the body.

Most of my students are thoughtful, curious professionals navigating full lives, tech-heavy days, and the desire to feel more grounded in themselves. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced to join. You just need a willingness to slow down and tune in.

What I believe:

  • Your body doesn’t need fixing. It needs listening.
  • Rest isn’t indulgent—it’s intelligent.
  • Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective.
  • You don’t need more apps—you need more presence.
  • Being with yourself is a skill. And it can be practiced.
